Saalt Menstrual Cup Teen
This Teen menstrual cup is available in two cheerful colors. The cup comes with a cheerful storage bag in the same color tones as the cup. This cup is extra small, making it particularly suitable for teenagers who have not had their periods for very long. The cup is an average cup in terms of hardness. This hardness ensures that the cup usually unfolds well when you want to insert it. If the cup does not unfold properly, you can wiggle the cup or run your finger along the edge of the cup so that it unfolds. There are 3 ribs at the bottom of the cup that allow you to keep a good grip on the bottom of the cup if you want to remove it. These ribs are also on the stem so that you have more grip on it. If you do not like the stem, it can also be cut off. The stem can be cut off completely or partially. The top of the cup has a thicker edge and there is an extra edge under the holes, which gives you a good connection with the vaginal wall in two places. This also helps keep the cup in place. The sizes of the cups are very average, making them suitable for many people.
Before first use, boil the menstrual cup for 4 to 5 minutes (not longer than 7 minutes), completely submerging it in water. Make sure it does not lie on the bottom of the pan and burn. If necessary, you can place the cup in a metal whisk so that it does not touch the bottom of the pan. Boil the cup again before each menstrual period. During menstruation, empty the cup into the toilet when it is full. Rinse the cup with drinking water and reinsert it. See the included instructions on how to best do this. A cup can discolour over time and can be used for up to 10 years.
