Nice inserts but in the end we never use them because you have to wash them by hand and not so fast dry. The fleece are therefore preferred in daily use

They are wonderfully fluffy and skin-friendly for baby's bottom. Very expensive, though, and also laborious to get them clean. They are not allowed in the washing machine, so you are quite scrubbing on the stains. Ox gall soap works best. Then in the sun, so the stains pull out. And you have to pull them into shape one at a time because they deform during washing. In short, ideal if your baby has sensitive bottom, but if not, I would choose a less expensive and less laborious variety.

Thanks to a combination of these silk inserts and lanolin, our son finally got rid of his very persistent painful open diaper rash with mold that he had been suffering from for months. I recommend it to any baby with sensitive bottom, it was truly our salvation!
