This Ecoposh newborn diaper is made of bamboo, organic cotton and recycled PET bottles. This newborn diaper fits from around 2 to 5.5 kg and has a dipdown for the cord stump. This makes this diaper very suitable to use straight from birth. There is an additional snap-in booster for more absorbency. You will need a PUL/TPU or wool cover to cover up this diaper and make it waterproof.

-Inside: 60% bamboo, 20% organic cotton, 20% polyester
-Outside: 65% recycled PET bottles, 35% organic cotton

Good fit, absorbs well

It fits our 3500-gram boy just fine. Absorption is also fine. We waited to use washable diapers until the umbilical cord was off. I don't think the cutout would actually cover the umbilical cord.
