The Blümchen Junior/Adult pocket diaper comes standard with a microfiber insert. An XS microfiber insert is included with the size XS. An S microfiber insert is included with the size S. Size M and size L both come with a size L microfibre insert. You can buy the organic cotton and bamboo inserts separately to add extra absorbency. You can also put muslin flat diapers, prefolds or other absorbent materials in the diaper to adjust the absorbency.
Reusable adult incontinence material
The Blümchen Junior/Adult pocket diapers are suitable for older children, adolescents and adults. Size XS is roughly suitable for children aged 8 to 13 with a waist size of 38 to 60 cm. Size S is suitable for teenagers and adults with a waist circumference of 55 to 90 cm. Size M is suitable for adults with a waist circumference of 65 to 110 cm and size L is suitable for adults with a waist circumference of 85 to 130 cm.
