There are two versions of this diaper in circulation. A version where this pre-formed micro-fibre insert is separate. This insert can be placed in the pocket opening. And a version in which this hourglass micro-fibre insert is already sewn into the diaper. Both versions can be used in the same way. Of course you can also use your own inserts or boosters to adjust the absorbency to your liking. These can be placed in the diaper or in the pocket opening of the diaper via the front or back.

The inside of these pants feels wet as soon as your child pees in them. This promotes the process of becoming potty trained.
There are also two edges on the inside, which reduces the risk of leakage. Because these pants have no closure, there is no risk of pressure leakage on the closure. So it doesn’t matter whether children sleep on their stomach, back or side.
