Absorbency Bedwetter Pants by Mother-ease
Mother-ease Bedwetter Pants are available in three sizes and do not have a closure system. They are put on and taken off like underpants. They are fairly bulky diapers, specifically made for children who are not night potty trained. Because of the bulk, these diapers are visible underneath clothing. Of course, they work during daytime as well as during the night.

The Blümchen Junior diaper comes with a microfiber insert. With the Junior XS, the microfiber XS insert is included. With the Junior S, the microfiber S insert is included. The organic cotton inserts are being sold separately and can be used to add absorbency. You can also use flat diapers, pre folds or other absorbent materials to adjust the absorbency of the diaper. This diaper can also be used for nighttime, if enough absorbency is used. The microfiber insert that comes with the diaper is usually not sufficient for nighttime.
Reusable incontinence pads for adults: Blümchen Junior Diapers
The Blümchen Junior diapers are also suitable for adults. Size S is usable from about 35kg, but that is really the lowest limit. The diaper is successfully worn by adults weighing 80kg. The diaper is not suitable for toddlers and preschoolers.
Absorbency of the Cloth Bums Big Kids diapers
The Cloth Bums Big Kids diaper has a sewn microfiber booster and also a pocket that can be filled with other boosters. The diaper can therefore be used to collect a few drops, but also as a full diaper when extra absorption is added.
The Big Kids pull-on diapers absorb approximately 114 ml.
Absorbency of the GroVia Big O.N.E. diapers
GroVia Big O.N.E. is a one-piece diaper. It consists of an absorbent, waterproof cover with two absorbent snap-in inserts. The diaper can be closed with snaps or hook and loop (Velcro) and fits from around 16 to 32 kg. Despite it not being a diaper specifically designed for nighttime, some children use it successfully during the night.
The GroVia Big O.N.E. absorbs 344 ml.
Absorbency of the Kijani pull up diapers
The pull up diapers by Kijani are Snap-In-One style diapers. The diaper consists of a pull up cover in which you can snap in an insert. The covers have an elastic closure system which can also be opened and closed from the sides. This makes pulling up optional and not needed, like it is needed with the Bedwetter Pants.

Absorbency of the Kijani SIO diapers
The Kijani SIO diaper for children aged 7-12 and for youngsters aged 13-18 consists of an cover and a separately available insert. The corresponding insert is the Pull-Up Insert in size 7-12 years (absorption capacity at least 246ml) or 13-18years (absorption capacity at least 378ml). The pants have a closure with snaps. The cover can also be used over fold cloth diapers, fitted diapers or disposable diapers for extra protection.
