Helpfulness
Terrible!

The fabric is not fine on your chest at all, the pre-shaped is only the outer layer so it may or may not fall nicely over your chest. The pulp layer and absorbent layer diverge from each other so much that it causes leakage if you leak a lot of milk at once. I really would not recommend this compress! Really a bad buy!
Dry but less comfortable

Absorb well, almost never leaks and they stay dry to the touch. The 'grid' does make them a bit less comfortable, I wouldn't want to wear them all day/night. Not suitable for tight sweaters, but I don't wear those much during breastfeeding time anyway.
Good absorption, but too thick, too warm

I find these good for short moment when you use it briefly for thrust during breastfeeding, to prevent leakage from the breast where you are not latching on. But for in the day or night continuously it is really hot. My breasts sweat from it. So they are warm and also quite thick. I would only recommend them if you have really big leaks.
Fine and well-functioning nursing pads

I use these nursing pads at night because they are large; no leakage! I am very satisfied with them.
I wash them at 60' and put them in the dryer.
Before first use, I co-washed them several times.
During the day under a tight shirt I don't wear them because they are visible.
