The Australian brand Cloth Bums was founded in 2020 by Britt Forrest. Like many companies, Britt started from home, but Cloth Bums has now moved to an external location with more than 100 m2 of stock space. Britt has four children, three girls and a son. Of course, her children were her inspiration to start designing reusable diapers.

Cloth Bums is a small family business. Britt himself does everything at the back of the website, purchasing, designing and dealing with marketing. Her mother has been responsible for inventory management for three years. There is also Anastasia, she packs orders and is responsible for a large part of the customer service.

Cloth Bums mainly produces reusable diapers, but also swim diapers, various types of wet bags and waterproof fitted sheets. The products are made in a small family business in China. Employees work a maximum of 40 hours per week spread over a maximum of 6 days. There is 1 to 1.5 hours per day for an extensive lunch break. The manufacturer is OEKO-TEX certified, so all Cloth Bums products are made from OEKO-TEX certified fabrics.
