These absorbent nursing pads by Petit Lulu are made of bamboo, cotton and polyester. The outer layer is made of an almost waterproof layer of microfleece. The diameter of the nursing pads is 12 cm. A set of nursing pads consists of 10 pads, which makes 5 pairs.
The nursing pads need to be washed a couple of times before use. They absorb optimally after about 10 washes. The ecru colored side needs to be placed against the skin. The white microfleece side goes against the bra.
Materials:
Skin side: 80% bamboo, 20% polyester
Absorbent core: 60% bamboo, 40% organic cotton
Backside: 100% polyester (microfleece)
The nursing pads can be washed at 60 degrees Celsius, and can be dried in the dryer.

Super nice Breast pads! Very soft (am already sensitive so important!) and absorb well, especially after a few washes. They also stay in place well. Compared to the washable compresses from medela and disposable (which I had before and are also more expensive) these score better in all areas.

Just ordered my 2nd set, I used to alternate with sucking pads with waterproof outer layer, but I really like these from Petit Lulu with fleece the best! The skin side feels nice and soft and the fleece outer layer provides extra absorption and a very comfortable feeling. For me, they are not visible under my clothes. Despite a strong breastfeeding reflex and a fair amount of leakage, I get by with 1 pair for the day and 1 for the night. Highly recommended for me!

Very satisfied with these nursing pads. The absorbency does need a few washes to get it to be optimal. Make sure you have enough in the house if they have a lot of production. At times I change them a few times a day, sometimes it only takes once a day. They take some time to dry. I also have the sucking pads from little lamb because I read that they are a bit thinner than these, but I still continuously choose these and have little lamb as a spare. They don't stand out in my clothes.
