This period underwear is a hipster model where there is an absorbent part of three layers sewn into the crotch. A soft, absorbent layer of organic cotton against the skin, underneath a second absorbent layer of organic cotton and as the bottom layer, a water-resistant layer of polyester. This model absorbs approximately 10-20ml, depending on the chosen absorption level and size. This underwear is very suitable to use during your menstrual period, but can also absorb light urine loss.
Depending on the model, the sewn-in absorbent crotch is slightly larger or smaller. The Heavy Flow model is a High-Waist Hipster, in which the absorbent part is completely sewn into the underwear from front to back.

Feels fine. Is slightly stiffer than the elskbar, but saves well. Used during the first day and after 3 days. Accidentally ended up in the dryer but came out fine here too. Disadvantage to the black cross is that you can't see how much has already been collected.
Very happy with the heavy flow for nighttime

Very happy with the heavy flow for at night. Where before I often had to get out twice on the heaviest night with tampon + pads, I can now sleep through a whole night without leaking.
The absorption material runs far/high at the front so that I, as a stomach sleeper, can comfortably sleep through the night.
Wide crotch which is not so comfortable

The crotch of these briefs falls rather wide. I don't find that very comfortable anyway, but the thick insert also gets messy as a result. The briefs do fall nicely high and sit firmly around you. Still, I'm sending it back because of that crotch. The workout briefs of this brand really fit much better. I have dress size 42/44 and am 178 cm tall. I bought size L.
