It took a while to find a cover that is easy to use, not too thick and leak-proof. After doing some research, I ended up at Elskbar. The pants are a real winner here! My son no longer has leaks and I can use the inserts I had already purchased from another brand. And admit it, those prints from Elskbar are PRACTICAL. I look forward every time to putting a new diaper on my son with such nice pants :-)

Multipurpose Overpants. I bought it for its versatility. And it offers just that! We have snap-in boosters from the brands Heritage Hug, Petit Lulu, Kekoa, Bare and Boho. Everything can be clicked into these bottoms, super nice the combo with these brands among others. I also paid attention to the flaps on both the front and back where you can tuck the trifolds under. Only on the back this flap has an elastic in it, on the front it does not. It would probably stay in place a little better if the flap on the front had elastic as well, but on the other hand, I think it might also chafe a little. The only downside to these types of pants with double leaky TPU channels is that my son gets red spots in the groin after wearing them for a while. Therefore, I alternate these pants as much as possible and the pocket diapers from Beebeboo or Kekoa. These have no double leakage gutters and are lined on the inside with Athletic Jersey. A very soft fabric. at night, I also sometimes use these pants over the pre-shaped night diapers from Petit Lulu maxi Fluffy organic. Furthermore, I find the typical Elskbar prints super cool and colorful.

Very nice pants from Elskbar, with a nice print that so far stays nice too! When used with a preformed inner diaper, prefold or inserts it does not/barely leaks. I think this is because of the double leak gutters and the elastic at the back, as well as the pieces you can fold over the inner diapers front and back.

Super nice fitted pants , 2 elastic edges for even better fit. . Also nice that our current totsbots inserts can fit in. Lovely earthy colors

Totally a fan of the Elskbar overpants. We use them over the Hu-da and it goes absolutely fine with our daughter's bottom. The elastic felt a little stiff between the groins at first. Beautiful pattern, heavenly to walk around in just a diaper in the summer!

Well Elskbar huh... It's a wonderful brand! The pants are flexible, versatile in use and beautiful to look at. For my 2 year old girl it's just not a cover-ALL, because as a cover over 2-piece it doesn't fit well, even over the slim HuDa's. But that doesn't bother, you can put all kinds of boosters in it and make it totally perfect for your own child. And if the requirements change after a few weeks or months, as they always do with little ones, just change the boosters with them. Sturdy and solid snaps. The elastic is sturdy yet supple and comfortable. They get it there at Elskbar. I think the diaper has quite a lot of space between the legs so to speak, the fabric seems to fall "deep" or "low". That sometimes looks a little weird on my girl, like she's walking with a turd in her diaper ;) But you only see that when she walks in her diaper, not under the clothes. I think the advantage is that it allows you to put extra boosters in without being uncomfortably stuffed, but I haven't tried that yet.

A very nice reason for washable diapering; Elskbar is really beautiful. Pul is sturdy and bottoms adjust well. Only downside is that it can give some hefty prints in the groin

We are very satisfied with these pants! Is super supple and fits very nicely. Especially with the Elskbar inserts a top combo.

So happy with them! Wonderful oversized pants. Was planning to use disposable for the first 3 months and then switch to washable (thought the investment for newborn diapers was a little too big), but even with my narrow 10 week old daughter we can already use them on the smallest setting :) I use hydrophiles and eyelet diapers in padfold, works perfectly! Have ordered more of the same pads because of the new version with elastic in the back flap, seems even more ideal!

I have been using these pants for a few weeks now with the Elskbar inserts. Super nice! Fits very nicely fits well, the double leak channels are super, lots of snaps to adjust properly.... only the pants don't fit so nicely with the petit lulu inserts on my 8 week old baby. The insert then easily comes out on top at the front. I think this problem will no longer be there when she is a bit bigger and the pants are adjusted to a larger position.
