The Elskbar menstrual underwear Regular Flow is available in two beautiful colors and different sizes. The menstrual underwear is a high-waisted model made of Tencel, with an absorbent part of two layers sewn into the crotch. The absorbent part is the size of a standard cloth pad and consists of two layers of bamboo with a soft bamboo layer on the skin side. The underwear has a waterproof layer to prevent leakage.
The Regular Flow model holds three cloth pads or five tampons. It can also be used for mild incontinence loss.

Material:
Outer: 95% Tencel, 5% elastane
Absorbent core: 85% bamboo, 15% polyester
Waterproof layer: 100% polyester with TPU

This menstrual underwear is best washed at 40 degrees after a cold pre-wash. Line drying. You will not lose your warranty if you wash at 60 degrees, but the underwear may wear out sooner.

These shorts are a great fit! Used for the night and manages well then. Washed at 60 degrees and hasn't shrunk either. Needs a lot of time to dry though.

Blessed menstrual underwear that fits well (I took my usual size) and comes up wonderfully high. Absorbs well too and feels nice and soft. I also like that the crotch is white so you can see your blood (which can be an indicator of your health).

Would have taken a size larger, but wouldn't really have been necessary. Falls true to size. Sits a little looser and therefore nicer in the groin than another brand. Absorption is good. Disadvantage is the quick pilling of the fabric.

Pants are nice and absorption is good. I just find that they pill tremendously. For the price you pay for them I didn't expect that. In the picture you see 1 pant on the right which has been washed 3 times before use (or in other words not used, only washed) and on the left a pant which is just new out of the box.
